Axie Infinity Season Timeline

Origins Season 6 spans a total of 49 days, starting today and ending on November 11th, 2023. During this time, players will battle it out in four distinct Eras: Rare, Epic, Mystic, and Final. The Final Era will have the Top 8 players engage in an epic fight and end with a champion. Each Era, except for the Mystic Era, which lasts seven days, will last for two weeks, and there will be ample chances for players to show their skills.

Faster Turn Timer and Leaderboard Updates

Season 6 will also offer a new turn timer of 45 seconds instead of 60. This change aims to reward players for quick moves and mastery of the meta.

While it may need some changes, the players’ need for faster matches is the key reason behind it. Feedback on this change will help the team refine the game even more.

Also, the Leaderboard will have a total of 75,012 AXS up for grabs, and the Top 10,000 players will get mAXS rewards.

The Top 40,000 players will get many other rewards as well. All this is to make sure that fewer players will place in the overall rankings compared to previous seasons.

Collectible Axie Rewards

Axie Infinity is also going to merge digital collectibles with a battle pass. This style is going to have a new collectible Axie reward system that you will see in Season 6.

Owners of Mystic, Origin, Xmas, Shiny, Japanese, and Meo Axies can now earn AXS-infused chests in games. To unlock these chests, they must have specific ranks during each Era.

Revamped Onboarding Experience

Season 6 will also offer a new onboarding experience. New starter Axies, Bing and Xia, join the roster, and there is a quicker tutorial and easier account registration process, too. This overhaul aims to make Origins open and invite the next-gen Lunacians.

Balancing Updates

Finally, Season 6 will also come with a host of updates and new game mechanics on the game platform. These include participation rewards in the Arena, reduced turn duration, new Energy Burst scaling, bonus Energy Fragment from leftover Energy, removal of Player 2’s Free Keep, and reworked Cleanser and Dispel effects.

Lunalog combines “Lunacia” and “catalog” into one word, meaning a treasure trove of data on the Axie universe. It lives in the App and will grow over time. The first addition is badge leaderboards highlighting top collectors and achievements.

The leaderboards shine a light on dedicated players while creating friendly competition. Check where you rank for badges like Mystic Axie ownership or most Axies released. The points system is tailored to each badge.

How to Access the Badge Leaderboards

You will start off by opening App.Axie and then click on the new Lunalog tab. After that, you will select the badge leaderboards option and see the rankings there easily. Of course, this is only the first of many new features that will come soon to Lunalog.

Celebrating with a Social Contest

Win a Japanese Axie by being part of the launch contest! Like and repost the announcement anywhere with #lunalog. Also, make a new post that shows your highest leaderboard rank on the app. So, the platform will randomly draw two winners as long as their rank is in the top 500. The Upcoming Lunalog Catalog

The Badge Breakdown from Axie Infinity

This launch brings out eight badges, each one being for a unique achievement in the Axie community. They are a nod to the countless achievements that are a part of Axie, and the platform plans to add new badges to honor all these feats.

Most of these badges are dynamic, and you can gain or lose them as you change your assets. For instance, if a Lunacian earns a badge for owning a Mystic axie and later sells it, they will lose the Mystic axie owner badge.

However, some badges are non-transferable and will remain with the owner forever. In this launch, the AxieCon and Axie Contributor badges fall into this category.

Badge Showcase

To display your badges, all you need to do is follow a few simple steps. First, visit your User Profile on App.axie. Then, you need to click on the Customize Profile button.

After that, select Badges from the profile customization menu. Finally, choose the badges you wish to display on your profile and click Save Changes.

Once you’ve saved your choice, your chosen badges will show up on your profile for all Lunacians to admire.

Badge Queries Answered

Lunacian Badges are not linked to your Ronin Gaming ID. Owning a badge is only possible if you own the asset it links to. So, if you sell an asset linked with a badge, you will lose that badge. However, non-transferable badges will always stay in your wallet.

Right now, you can display up to five badges on your profile. The platform aims to raise this limit in new updates so you can show even more badges.

Non-transferable badges are ERC-1155 tokens that stay in your wallet forever. They are the same for all owners; you cannot transfer them either.

Meet Atia, the Sun God

Atia is the Sun God who discovered Lunacia. Once upon a time, the evil Chimera made Atia sick. But Atia’s heart kept the light shining on Lunacia.

This bravery created the first Supreme axies, who later became the axies we play with in Origins and more.

Additionally, people all over the world can now pray to Atia at the special shrine. In return, they receive Atia’s Blessing and get better rewards from battles.

Blessings and Rewards

Firstly, you can find the Atia Shrine on your Axie Infinity app account dashboard. When you activate Atia’s Blessing, you’ll automatically get more rewards in Origins. These special rewards are called blessings.

So, the more days you consecutively activate the blessing, the more blessings you’ll earn. If you visit the shrine for seven days in a row, you’ll get 12% more Moonshards from every Ranked Battle in Origins.

Keep the streak going, and after 15 days, you’ll receive 15% more Moonshards from Ranked Battles, and you’ll also earn 1 SLP from Ranked Battles with Stamina.

Gaining Atia’s Blessing via App.axie

Secondly, to activate Atia’s Blessing, go to your App.axie account dashboard. Click on “Gain Atia’s Blessing” and do a small transaction. You’ll need a bit of RON, which you can get there.

Atia’s Blessing Social Challenge

Finally, to celebrate the launch of Atia’s Blessing, the game platform is hosting a special contest. If you earn a streak of 15 blessings, take a screenshot, and tweet it between June 7th and June 21st.
