How to get a share of the reward?

To win the 50k $IMX trading rewards, you must trade Illuvitars, including Illuvium Land, D1SKS, Illuvitars, and Iluvitar Accessories.

Only such trades will count during the Spotlight towards your Trading Reward. It’s a great opportunity where Trading Rewards eligibility is not limited to one specific marketplace, and other collections traded for Trading Rewards will not be eligible.

How to participate in the Illuvium Spotlight?

Get a wallet

You can trade if only you own a registered wallet on Immutable. Make sure you have it. If you don’t have it, sign up for it.

Start Trading

You get an $IMX token in your wallet on trading (buying or selling NFTs) at least $10 of eligible Illuvitars collection on Immutable.

Calculate your ETV

You get rewards based on the Eligible Trading Volume at the end of each day. This is how you calculate your Eligible Trading Volume: Sell amount + Buy amount + Fees. For instance, if there is $1M in the total Eligible Trading Volume across the Illuvitars collections and your ETV is one percent of the Eligible Volume i.e. $10,000, you will get a 1% $IMX token reward that day.

Illuvium Beyond is the product of a partnership between Illuvium and ImmutableX. The game publisher wanted to create a project that would be entertaining, accessible and seamless. The final goal is to onboard both traditional and web3 players. It had to develop a fast program that enables easy onboarding while offering smooth gameplay and free transactions to achieve this aim.

Designing the game was the easy part. The real challenge was getting a suitable blockchain to host this project. Illuvium considered many Layer 1 chains. However, none of them seems to meet the requirements. On the other hand, the Layer 2 blockchain ticked the right boxes. This led the team to opt for ImmutableX.

These are the features of ImmutableX that led to this decision:

• Self-Custody: This blockchain ensures that players own their digital assets in their entirety. It offers true ownership just like Ethereum does.
• Instant Transactions: ImmutableX can complete up to 9,000 transactions per second. More importantly, users do not need to own native tokens to transact on this web3 network. It used a Starkware programming language known as Cairo to complete the necessary computation.
• Improved Liquidity: Illuvium adds all its liquidity to the ImmutableX ecosystem. This allows for the listing of digital asset across exchanges that support this blockchain.

Changes to the Illuvium Beyond Release Time

The new Iluvium Beyond release time is now 10 PM UTC. However, the date remains the 7th of March, as announced some days ago. According to the tweet, the reason for this postponement is to ensure that everyone has equal opportunities to participate in the launch. The team also thanked community members for their understanding.

The Comprehensive Guide

While making the announcement, Illuvium also released a guide detailing features of Illuvium Beyond. This document includes a tutorial on how to store the digital collectables you gather on your journey. Players who complete these collections will receive album points. There will be a leaderboard, and users will receive rewards for the most points.

All You Need Aspect of Illuvium Beyond

Illuvium Beyond is a collectable card game that enables players to explore and compete with each other. Users will be opportune to collect and utilize personalized cards for different purposes. According to the press release, this gameplay option will be launched officially on the 7th of March 2023.

When the game goes live, players will have special versions of Illuvials. Each digital asset is hand-drawn and comes with three expressions and different backgrounds. Collecting all three expressions completes your albums and increases your ranking on the leaderboard. Meanwhile, the background of each card increases its power and adds an additional rarity level.

While accessories are vital, the Finish influences the appearance of an Illuvitar. They include colour and holo. While the former is common, holos are very rare, and those who discover them can celebrate at the launch party. Meanwhile, Illuvium may add more finishes in the future.

These NFTs will also have power ratings determined by their rarity levels. Accessories like body, skin, props, and eyes will be available for those looking to customize their NFTs. Like the cards themselves, each accessory has its rarity level. Furthermore, you can bond them permanently and create a personalized look for your avatar.

Illuvium Beyond will also have a Hub. This is the central location where players can do everything. They can add digital assets to your collection, purchase items from the marketplace, check the leaderboard or bond accessories. The team is encouraging users to bookmark it for easy access.

As mentioned earlier, Illuvium Beyond will go live on the 7th of March. Illuvium is throwing a party to celebrate this product release.
