Important Dates and Asset Management

To ensure a smooth transition, MOBOX has provided a detailed timeline and instructions for handling in-game assets:

• Last Day of Service: September 19, 2024
• Game Pool Distribution Starts: September 19, 2024

No actions are required from players as assets are securely held in their wallets or BOX wallets. Staked MEC will be automatically returned to the address used for staking.

Remaining Game Pool

Within seven days after the S26 Seasonal Settlement on September 19, 2024, 100% of the remaining game pool will be distributed back to all paid players via direct transfer to their corresponding BOX wallets.

In-game Hero Trading and all Hero Listings will be paused indefinitely nine days before the server shutdown (2 AM UTC, September 10, 2024). Listed heroes will be returned to players’ accounts within 48 hours.

The announcement is also available on the game loading page, in-game mail, in-game billboards, and official social media channels.

Highlights of the MOMOverse Update

New MEC Crafting: MOBOX announced that following the update, users will be able to craft Shovel and MOBall items with MEC.

MOHome Decorations: The game platform mentioned it will add six new decorations to every civilization and build a total of twenty-four new decorations and place them on the MOHome. This will enhance the experience of living in Molantis.

Gamers would also be able to construct using map collections. According to the game, constructing new decorations will become less time-consuming than the current ones. The decorations will cover Tech Fantasy, Barbarian Tribe, Steam Punk, and Middle Ages.

Highlights of the New Features – Booster

MOBOX announced it will add a new feature, Booster, to MOMOverse. The Booster feature is divided into six rarities, which are Common, Uncommon, Unique, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.

Each corresponds to the speed-up time of ten minutes, thirty minutes, two hours, six hours, and twelve hours. The game platform revealed that players will receive the Booster as a reward at the D.S.C Caravans when they complete the MOHome Task.

Highlights of Adjustments on World

According to MOBOX, it has adjusted a part of the landscape to make it simpler for lords to focus their forces on the defense. The game platform has also merged some factions in the World. The details of these are enumerated as follows:

• Sunset Valley is merged into West Wasteland
• Dracula’s Land is merged into The Oasis
• Lone Hill Minesite is merged into Misty Bay
• The Ancient Helden is merged into The Eastern Kingdom

Highlights of Updates on Collecting

MOBOX has adjusted the number of troops users can collect simultaneously to 2, and Lords can buy a pass to boost their troops limit. The platform has also adjusted other collection areas, including:

• Production Rate and Reserves of resource territory
• Resource amounts to be collected to gain a Treasure Map
• Tactical Points for collecting and attacking a resource territory

There will no longer be auto-collection after attacking territory in Collecting. Also, the platform has changed the command “Stop” to “Return”. It also reduced the number of treasure maps and resources collected when attacking the troops from the same faction lord.

Highlights of Updates on Territory, Chest, and Alliance

MOBOX has increased the resource production of level 4 territories and above. Following the update, players can now exchange Treasure Maps with Prestige. It has also adjusted some areas of Alliance, including Alliance Warehouse and Alliance Shop.

The platform will transfer all earned Alliance Rewards from the event to Alliance Warehouse. The only event players can earn Alliance Rewards, for now, is the City Siege. The Alliance Leader and its deputy will distribute the reward from the Alliance Warehouse.

Highlights of the Prize Pool for Clash of Moland S1

According to the MOBOX team, it will add 50,000 $MBOX into the prize pool of the Clash of Moland S1 event, which already has a total prize pool of 950,000 $MBOX. Therefore, the season one of the Clash of Moland will have 1,000,000 $MBOX as its start-up bonus. 

It is also worth mentioning that the game platform said it will increase the MEC production by 25% at the monument during this first season. The event will have four Leaderboards, Prestige, Hero, Arena, and Prosperity. The top 1000 players on each leaderboard will receive rewards at the close of the season.

Highlights of the Adjustments of Clash of Moland Official Version

Castle: The team adjusted the Medical Central to slowly treat injured units. However, gamers can spend resources to get immediate treatment for their injured units. The New Leadership Tech can now increase the Unit Capacity of the Hero. Also, the team adjusted the values of Defense Tech and Attack Tech.

Market: The market is now open, and Lords can spend their MBOX to trade Heroes in it once it is built within the castle. MOBOX stated it will charge a fee for each treatment and add it to the total prize pool and seasonal prize pool.

World: The team re-added the Stronghold and adjusted it to be conquerable. The Alliance members and their Coalition who conquered the stronghold can pass through it. MOBOX said it adjusted the City Buff Bonus value and increased the Orc Marauders’ EXP.

It also added the Unsealed Time to many cities to gradually allow players to conquer them as the season progresses. Additionally, the team set a maximum limit of cities an Alliance can conquer.

Alliance: MOBOX re-added the Faction, and Lords are allowed to join Alliance of the same Faction.

Alliance Leader or Deputy Alliance Leader can leave a conquered city. Also, the Alliance Managers can benefit from extra bonuses from the Alliance technology.

How to Participate in the Clash of MOLAND Beta Test

All users are eligible to participate in the test. All they have to do is click on the “Clash of MOLAND” section on the MOBOX homepage. They can also log in through the MOBOX app to participate. The game platform announced that the Alpha Test ends on September 7, and the servers will shut down in preparation for the Clash of MOLAND Beta test. 

It is also worth mentioning that the platform will adjust the MBOX rewards temporarily to 0.01%. Additionally, the maximum MBOX amount in the season reward pool is placed at 3000, and the total leaderboard reward is 60,000 MEC. 

Three leaderboards, Prosperity, Arena, and Prestige, are in the Beta test, and the top 300 players from each leaderboard will receive the rewards.

Personal Data

MOBOX reveals that it will reset some parts of the personal data while it will not reset some. The parts that the game platform will reset include:

• Wood, Iron Ore, Gold, Food, and Stone
• Rename Cards and resources
• All Chests
• All Buildings & Tech Levels 
• MEC reward progress

The parts that the game metaverse reveals that it will not reset include:

• Diamonds and Alliance Gold
• Summon Scrolls, Equipment, Equipment Materials, and Equipment Blueprints
• MBOX Reward progress

Hero

In the category of Heroes, only Hero Level, Attribute Points, EXP, Ability Level, and Ability Slots will be rest. However, all Heroes, Unlocked Abilities, and Hero Breakthrough Levels will not be reset. Additionally, MOBOX will not reset the Expanded Hero Slots.

Map

Basically, all components of the Map will be reset. These include all city ownership, territory ownership, unlocked areas, and instance progress. All these components will reset in the game.

Rankings

 MOBOX reveals that it will reset both the Leaderboards and Arena Points during this period.

Other Data Reset

The game platform also mentioned that it will reset some other data in the game during the reset process. These include Investment, Season Pass, Weekly Packs, Daily Packs, and Double Diamond offers. 

Gamers can buy all these assets again in the coming season. Other elements that will be reset include unclaimed rewards, all Mission progress, and MOMO Display status. Meanwhile, all alliances are to be dismissed.

Suffice to mention that the total rewards for the Clash of Moland Alpha Test are 12,000 MEC and 1,200 MBOX. Three Leaderboards, Arena, Prestige, and Prosperity, and the top 300 gamers for each leaderboard will receive the rewards.

Following the Alpha test, gamers can continue to explore the game, but their game progress will not impact the test rewards in any way.

What to Expect during the Clash of MOLAND Alpha Test

During the test, players will not be allowed to deposit or withdraw on the platform. Every 24 hours, participating accounts will get 20,000 MEC and 2,000 MBOX airdrops in their accounts. It is worth noting that all airdrops are only TEST tokens, and designed to be used for playing only the Alpha test.

MOBOX has earmarked a total reward of 1200 MOBOX, and 12000 MEC for the Alpha test, and all participants stand a chance to win from the prize pool. There are three Leaderboards, Prestige, Arena, and Prosperity. The top 300 participants from each leaderboard will receive rewards.
