Nakamoto Games Spooky Run 2 Tournament Set for August 11th

Nakamoto Games is set to launch the Spooky Run 2 Tournament on the 11th of August. Players will get another brief stint to show bravery in this horror-themed running game and earn significant prizes. This comes after the weekly development update, where the team shared insights into ongoing projects.

Nakamoto is developing its ecosystem to become the future of web3 gaming. One of the measures it is taking towards achieving this process is by incorporating real-world economics. For example, players will earn digital US dollars from this competition. They can either trade it for $NAKA tokens or purchase NFTs. This is a significant shift from the norm, where players earned in-game currencies.

As mentioned earlier, the tournament will begin at 8:00 OM Thailand time on the 11th of August. Participants have from that date till 8:00 PM Thailand time on the 15th of August to stake their claim on the leaderboard. To join this contest, individuals must play the Spooky Run game on their devices. They must successfully navigate through the terrains and keep their avatar alive for as long as possible.

However, contestants must stream their gameplay live on Twitter for their participation to be valid. In addition, they must tag the official handle – @NakamotoGames and mention $NAKA in their tweets. After participating in the Spooky Run tournament, participants should correctly fill out this Google Form. Failure to follow all the steps mentioned above can render their participation invalid and adversely affect a player’s chances of earning rewards.

After the time for the tournament elapses on Tuesday the 15th, Nakamoto Games will take a record of the Spooky Run 2 leaderboard. The team will work with the score at that time to compile and distribute prizes to the respective winners. Speaking of prizes, there is $700 worth of rewards to be distributed to those who finish in the top positions.

Below is a breakdown of the prize pool:

  • 1st position: $100.
  • 2nd position: $60.
  • 3rd position: $40.
  • 4th – 20th positions: $30 each.

In other news, Nakamoto is set to launch its 8 Ball Pool 2 game as a standalone app. There are ongoing works with the Mobile SDK to make this happen. Not too long ago, the team launched the Telegram gaming bot to enable people to have fun on Telegram.
